One of the biggest sporting events in the UK this year is approaching – as Formula 1 heads to Silverstone for the British Grand Prix this weekend.
Last year’s race marked the start of McLaren emerging as front-runners once again. Now that it is Red Bull’s closest rival in Formula 1 2024, what are the British team’s chances of celebrating success on home soil on Sunday?
Here are all the times you need to know.
British Grand Prix dates (July 5-7)
The British Grand Prix weekend begins with first practice at 12:30pm local time (UK), followed by second practice at 4pm.
Saturday’s on-track action begins with FP3 at 11.30am and then qualifying at 3pm.
The 2024 British Grand Prix will take place at 3pm local time on Sunday 23 June.
