Leon Haslam Looking to Regroup After “Tough Weekend” At Snetterton BSB –

Leon Haslam’s BSB 2024 season seemed to be underway at Donington, with the #91 car scoring two podium finishes in Round 3. However, since then, Knockhill and Snetterton have proved tricky.

At Snetterton last weekend, Haslam paid the price for injuries sustained at Knockhill in his third race, as well as mechanical problems, as he scored just eight points, all in the first race.

“It was a bit of a tough weekend,” said Haslam in his round five review. “The Knockhill injury was a bit of a problem but we also had a few mechanical failures and a couple of crashes, so obviously it wasn’t a great weekend.

“But these things happen sometimes, and while it’s not ideal, we’re now heading home where we need to do a major reassembly and move to the brands in two weeks.”

Haslam has three BSB GP wins at Brands Hatch dating back to 2005, most recently on the weekend he was crowned BSB champion in 2018.
